The 911 and 8888 hotline help of the government under the Presidential term of Rodrigo Duterte. The emergency hotline (911) and corruption hotline (8888) is now activated to access to people easily when the time of trouble.

But, even the purpose of this hotline is very clear, there are still some people who just contacting this number to make fun of it. According to the chairman of PLDT company who is handling these calls, the first day of the activation is the worst case. They just received 95% of prank calls all day.

The government is now giving their final warning for every Filipino to stop doing this bad thing because they might blocking the privilege to help the real people experiencing that, this kid is one of those 95 % who just wasted the time of the employee that he recorded to shoe the rank.
