A Rude Condo Owner Insulted an OFW and Her Family for Having Fun at the Playground!

This is the viral video of the arrogant condo owner who insulted a family with kids, which are just enjoying the recreation area of the Condo and apartment units of Gateway Heights Regency.

According to the video Uploader Mayuki Sachi a Facebook user, their family had a chance to stay on condo unit owned by her mother’s friend as they also paid a two days and one night stay.  While they are enjoying the playground for their kids, the condo owner whose name is Louie Baltazar, suddenly approached them in a very rude way.

Mr.Baltazar rudely told them that they are violating the rules and regulation of the place. “Ah hindi ka pala unit owner. Eh ano, tambay kayo dito?” Mr.Baltazar arrogantly asked them. A woman answered that they are paying a rent in one unit inside, “So you are not a unit owner? Then what are you doing here?”

“Ah tenant kayo. Kaya pala wala kayong book. Eh hindi n’yo pala alam ang rules and regulations kasi tenant lang kayo,”Mr. Baltazar insited.

Throughout the conversation, the Mr. Baltazar kept on insulting the family, and even accused them of possibly short-changing the condo by leaving and not paying for the rent or even worst. But the woman tried to explain in a polite way that her best friend owns that unit and it will never happen, but the owner ignored her and even fired more insults and downgrading words.
