In his 3 years in Bilibid, he admitted that he had been an asset and an informant for the Bureau of Corrections Director General Vicente Vinarao the list of the drug lords and their assistant guard.

According to the ex-convict, this kind of raid is not very well effective because the inmates already knew about it before the raid. They were prepared for it and the guards are already spreading the news that they will have a visitor. He advised that the officials should talk to the gang lords inside the Bilibid.

But according to the convicted robber Herbert Colangco, presenting an entertainment show inside the Bilibid helps in reforming the inmates. Before the convicted robbers raid, his show presents almost weekly inside the Bilibid featuring the talents and their families.

Serving the sentence inside the Bilibid is very difficult, so the inmates needs sports and other recreational activities. Robin Padilla supports funds from the wealthy inmates for these recreational activities or the government should allocate funds for it.
