WATCH: Mayor Espinosa Emotionally Asked His Son to Surrender Now, After Involving in a Drug Issue!

The City Mayor of Leyte, Rolando Espinosa Sr. gave his sworn statement in front of the Chief of Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG)  Roel Obusan, as he pleads his son Kerwin to surrender now.

Last Wednesday, Mayor Espinosa emotionally request his son to surrender as he said, “ Son, if you are seeing me now on TV, I was struggling, please just reveal yourself and surrender instead. Don’t worry son, our President and Chief Director of PNP will surely help us, so please surrender now.”

According to the investigation of the Philippine National Police (PNP), they are holding the evidences that clearly show that the two are related and protecting the Drug-syndicate in their place.

Before Espinosa surrender, President Duterte asked them to reveal themselves within 24 hours or else he will issue an order to PNP of ‘shoot them on sight’.

But! Bureau of immigration found out, Kerwin left the country and went to Malaysia right after the inauguration of President Duterte. Espinosa said that he will give his 100 percent help and knowledge regarding the drug issue just to stop the dirty business in our country.
