Rosalie, the Girl Who Got Pregnant at the Age of 16 Now Has 17 Children!

Philippine Birth Control Law is too late to this housewife Rosalie. At the age of 16, she had her first child but after that, she claims 'she just keep having babies', she has 17 children and has been pregnant 22 times in her lifetime.

We all know that Tondo is the largest in terms of area and population of Manila. Rosalie is quite famous in her neighborhood who also from Tondo. Her story has attracted the number of both local and foreign journalist who come looking for the "woman with many children".

"We only wanted three children. But they keep coming and coming." according to Rosalie. She became an inadvertent posted of DOH for the Reproductive Health Bill.

Rosalie is not the only woman who has many children in their area.
