Caught on Cam: Police Authorities Shoots Pedicab Driver to Death While Begging to Surrender!

Pasay City - A video was caught on cam while 2 policemen tried to arrest a pedicab driver who's willing to surrender himself to the authorities. In the video, Erik, the victim was cornered in their house and got caught up in the operation.

He tried to surrender by begging on the two policemen not to shoot him. Fires were heard after he shouted that he will get out of their house peacefully. But according to the officers involved, Erik tried to resist, the reason why they shoot him.

The family of the victim said in an interview that they will file a case against the Pasay Policemen who accountable for the incident.
