Daughter Kitty Duterte Calls Dad Digong After Speech to Ask Help for SONA Homework!
Annually, the President of the Philippines reports to the Filipino people this annual event called "State of the Nation Address" (SONA) or the "Talumpati sa Kalagayan ng Bansa". Every year teachers are giving their students the assignment to do the reports for this event.
Last Monday, July 25, 2016 after the SONA of President Rodrigo Duterte, they have a private dinner attended by friend and selected journalists at the Bahay Pangarap. In the middle of the dinner, Duterte got a phone call form his youngest child, 12-year-old Veronica "Kitty" Duterte. She call because she ask his father about her homework about the SONA.
Honeylet Avacena, Kitty's mom said that her daughter was not able to attend SONA because she don't want to miss her classes. A short footage of Ian Cruz of GMA News, shows how the President explained to her daughter what he discussed in SONA.
