Seriously, this guy was caught on camera wandering in the middle of the night at Happy Homes Subdivision in Albay.

He’s wearing black trunks and proudly showing off his sculpted body with tattoos. Netizens as well as the local people of Albay are questioning why he’s wearing that kind of outfit while stealing.

Local authorities are now covering the matter and still in the process of investigation. Carrot man, Gasoline Boy, Badjao Girl and many more are all turned down by this guy whom they called “Bikini Man”.
