Best Toothache Home Remedies to Immediately Ease Your Pain!
Toothaches can differ greatly, from mild soreness
to an unbearable throbbing pain in your teeth or around your jaws. Some of the
main causes of toothaches are cavities, infection, an exposed tooth root, a
cracked tooth, gum disease, a loose filling, or jaw joint disorder.
If you have toothache, it is best to seek immediate
advice from a dentist before the it worsens. You can also try some natural
remedies to relieve the pain temporarily.
1. Fresh Guava Leaves
The anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties
of guava leaves can help alleviate toothaches. You can either chew on the guava
leaves to extract the juice or use a mortar and pestle to do the job. The
important thing is that the juice is able to work on the affected area.
Take half a spoon of salt (common kitchen salt) and
dissolve in a glass of warm water. Use as mouthwash.
3. Cloves
You can use clove oil directly on the affected
tooth or create a paste from ground cloves and olive/clove oil to apply on the
affected area.
4. Salt and Pepper
Create a paste from equal amounts of salt and
pepper, plus a little amount of water. Apply on the affected area.
Chew on a clove of garlic but if that is too much
for your taste buds, you can opt to use crushed garlic clove or garlic powder;
mix with salt and apply on the affected area.
